Terms and conditions of sale Naéco Hostels

The general conditions of sale and the special conditions form an integral part of the sales contract and must be accepted in their entirety before any sale is concluded. The reservation request implies the adherence to the present sales conditions and the complete and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.

1 - General terms and conditions of sale (GTC)

1-1 - Application

The present GSC apply to sales transactions concluded by Naéco Hostels.

1 - 2 Capacity

Any customer of Naéco Hostels acknowledges having the capacity to contract, that is to say having the legal majority and not being under guardianship or tutelage.

1 - 3 Prices

The prices are indicated in Euros. VAT is always included. The prices indicated only include the services strictly mentioned in the reservation. To the price mentioned in the reservation shall be added, at the time of invoicing, the additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and the tourist tax.
The prices applicable are those in force on the day of the reservation. The hotel owner is free to change his prices at any time. Therefore, the price displayed during a visit to the Naéco Hostels website is only valid for orders taken during the period in which it is displayed. Only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is contractual.

1 - 4 Terms of Payment

The terms of payment depend on the type of reservation made;

If it is a RACK reservation (Cancellable, modifiable under conditions), the payment of all the services is made, during the stay, directly to the hotel.

In the case of a NANR reservation (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable), the amount of the room will be deducted directly at the time of reservation by the hotelier.

A deposit may be requested at the time of booking.

1 - 5 Complaints

Any complaint must be made to the hotelier within 30 days of the date of stay.

1-6 - Liability

The hotel's liability is unlimited in the event of theft of goods or objects when they have been entrusted to its care only.

1-7 - Data processing and freedom of information

In application of the law L.78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer is informed that the information of a personal nature communicated to the establishment Naéco is the subject of a computerized treatment, except express opposition of its share.
This computerized treatment was the object of a declaration to the CNIL. The customer has at any time the right to access, rectify or delete his or her personal data with Naéco Hostels.
The information requested at the time of booking is essential for the proper processing of your request. The only recipient of this information is the hotelier concerned by the reservation request.

1-8 - Applicable law

Any dispute, claim or litigation relating to the terms and conditions of a reservation for a stay or a hotel room is subject to French law.

2 - Special conditions

The following special conditions are applied to all bookings through the Naéco Hostels website

2-1 - Booking conditions

In order to guarantee the reservation, the customer is asked to communicate his credit card number, the transmission being done by secure mode.

If it is a RACK reservation (Cancelable, modifiable under conditions), the entire payment of the stay is made directly to the hotelier.

If it is a NANR reservation (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable), the amount of the room is deducted directly at the time of reservation by the hotelier.

The reservation is only firm and definitive after receipt of the confirmation sent to the client by the hotel. The balance of the stay must be paid on site to the hotelier.

The client is requested to inform the hotel in the event of a late arrival.

2-2 - Modification of a reservation

Only RACK reservations (Cancelable, modifiable under conditions) can be modified. NANR (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable) reservations cannot be modified.

Any request to modify a reservation must be made to the hotel concerned, by telephone on 02.98.74.95.06 - Naéco Audierne, 02.98.39.93.49 - Naéco Le Pouldu or 02.97.55.66.10 - Naéco Erdeven, every day of the week during the opening hours of the establishment in question OR by e-mail at [email protected] | [email protected] | [email protected]

The modification of the reservation is firm and definitive only after reception of the confirmation by the hotelier.

Requests for changes must be made 48 hours before the date of arrival. Requests for changes may result in the application of cancellation conditions.

2-3 - Cancellation conditions

NANR (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable) reservations cannot be cancelled. Only RACK (Cancelable, Conditionally Changeable) reservations can be cancelled under the following conditions:

To cancel a reservation, the client is invited to contact the hotel directly - by telephone on 02.98.74.95.06 - Naéco Audierne, 02.98.39.93.49 - Naéco Le Pouldu or 02.97.55.66.10 - Naéco Erdeven, every day of the week during the opening hours of the establishment in question OR by e-mail at [email protected] | [email protected] | [email protected]

The cancellation of a reservation is effective upon receipt of an e-mail from the hotel confirming the cancellation. Cancellation of a reservation will result in the deposit paid at the time of booking being deducted from the hotel's website.

If cancelled or modified 48 hours prior to arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled or modified within 48 hours of arrival, 100 % of the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

2 - 4 Liability 

The present conditions of sale are subject to French law and to the jurisdiction of the Court of Quimper.

2-5 - Withdrawal

As these are accommodation services offered by Naéco hostels, in application of the provisions of article L.121-21-8 12° of the consumer code, no right of withdrawal may be exercised by the customer.

3 - Internal regulations

In the event of non-respect of the place or of the peace and quiet of the other clients, the management reserves the right to terminate the client's stay. The total amount of the stay and the past and future services may be requested in settlement.

In the event of damage or tobacco use within the establishment within 24 hours of a client's departure, the management may take legal action and demand compensation.

The use of tobacco is forbidden in the entire establishment, a compensation of 200€ may be requested in case of non-respect of this ban.

Any reservation, stay and presence in the establishment implies the acceptance of our internal regulations as well as our general conditions of sale presented above.
The management reserves the right to apply penalties in consequence, in case of non-respect of one of the articles stated above.
