Conditions of sale Naéco Hostels

The general terms and conditions of sale and the special terms and conditions form an integral part of the sales contract and must be accepted in their entirety before any sale is concluded. Reservation requests imply acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and full and unreserved acceptance of their provisions.

1 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (CGV)

1 - 1 Application

These terms and conditions of sale apply to sales transactions concluded by Naéco Hostels.

1 - 2 Capacity

All customers of Naéco Hostels acknowledge that they are legally capable of entering into a contract, i.e. that they have reached the age of majority and are not under guardianship.

1 - 3 Prices

Prices are given in Euros. VAT is always included. The prices indicated include only the services strictly mentioned in the reservation. Any additional services provided by the hotelier during the stay and the tourist tax will be added to the price mentioned in the reservation at the time of invoicing. The prices applicable are those in force on the day of booking. The hotelier is free to change prices at any time. Therefore, the price displayed on the Naéco Hostels website is valid only for orders taken during the period in which it is displayed. Only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is binding.

1 - 4 Terms of payment

Payment terms depend on the type of reservation you have made. For RACK reservations (cancellable, modifiable under conditions), payment for all services is made directly to the hotel during your stay. In the case of a NANR reservation (non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable), the hotel will deduct the cost of the room directly at the time of booking. A deposit may be requested at the time of booking.

All complaints must be made to the hotelier within 30 days of the date of booking.

1 - 6 Liability

The hotel's liability is unlimited in the event of theft of property or objects entrusted solely to its care.

1 - 7 Information Technology and Civil Liberties

In application of the French law L.78-17 of January 6, 1978, the customer is informed that personal information communicated to the Naéco establishment is subject to computer processing, unless the customer expressly objects. This data processing has been declared to the CNIL. Customers have the right to access, rectify or delete their personal data at any time by contacting Naéco Hostels. The information requested at the time of booking is essential for the proper processing of your request. Only the hotelier concerned by the reservation request will receive this information.

1 - 8 Applicable law

Any dispute, claim or litigation relating to the terms and conditions of booking a stay or an
hotel rooms are governed by French law.


2 - SPECIAL CONDITIONS

The following special conditions apply to all bookings made through the Naéco Hostels website.

2 - 1 Booking conditions

To guarantee your reservation, you will be asked to provide your credit card number, which will be transmitted by secure means. In the case of a RACK reservation (Cancellable, modifiable under conditions), full payment for the stay is made directly to the hotelier. In the case of a NANR reservation (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-modifiable), the amount of the room is deducted directly at the time of booking by the hotelier. The reservation is firm and definitive only after receipt of the confirmation sent to the customer by the hotel. The balance of the stay must be paid on site to the hotelier. Customers are requested to inform the hotel of any late arrivals.

2 - 2 Modification of a reservation

Purpose of data collection by the operating company.

Only RACK reservations (cancellable, conditionally modifiable) can be modified. NANR reservations (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable) cannot be modified. All requests to modify a reservation must be made to the hotel concerned, by telephone on 02.98.74.95.06 - Naéco Audierne, 02.98.39.93.49 - Naéco Le Pouldu or 02.97.55.66.10 - Naéco Erdeven, every day of the week during the opening hours of the establishment in question OR by e-mail to audierne@naeco.bzh | lepouldu@naeco.bzh | erdeven@naeco.bzh

Reservation changes are not binding until the hotel has received confirmation. Requests for changes must be made 48 hours before the date of arrival. Requests for changes may be subject to cancellation conditions.

2 - 3 Cancellation conditions

NANR (Non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable) reservations cannot be cancelled.

Reservation cancellations are effective upon receipt of an e-mail from the hotel confirming the cancellation. Cancellation of a reservation will result in the deposit paid at the time of booking being deducted from the hotel's website. No fee will be charged for cancellations or modifications made 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge of 100 % of the first night's stay. In the event of no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

2 - 4 Liability

The present conditions of sale are subject to French law and to the jurisdiction of the Court of Quimper.

2 - 5 Withdrawal

With regard to the provision of accommodation services offered by Naéco hostels, in application of the provisions of article L.121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code, no right of withdrawal may be exercised by the customer.

3 - Rules of procedure

Management reserves the right to terminate the customer's stay in the event of failure to respect the premises or the peace and quiet of other customers. The total amount of the stay and past and future services may be requested in settlement.

In the event of damage or smoking being found on the premises within 24 hours of a customer's departure, the management may take legal action and demand compensation.

Smoking is forbidden throughout the establishment, and a 200€ penalty may be requested in the event of non-compliance.

Any reservation, stay and presence in the establishment implies acceptance of our rules and regulations as well as our general terms and conditions of sale presented above.
Management reserves the right to apply the appropriate penalties in the event of non-compliance with any of the above articles.
