24 HOURS IN LE POULDU

Our choices...
To start the day off, set off along the coastal paths and discover a range of beaches – the Plage du Kérou, the Plage de Bellangenet, and the Plage des Grands Sables – with a view over the island of Groix.
Then take the small roads in Le Pouldu to get to the port and the GR 34 path, which will lead you along the River Laïta to the Saint-Maurice Abbey.
You’ll be able to stop for some refreshments here within the bucolic setting of the Crêperie de Saint Maurice (you’ll need a good two hours and a decent pair of shoes for this walk).
After lunch, enjoy a visit to the Saint-Maurice Abbey to bask in the calm surroundings before heading back home.
On your return to Le Pouldu, enjoy a spot of beach relaxation at the Plage du Kérou (50 m from the hotel).
Come early evening, enjoy an aperitif at the hotel’s bar.
Then head down the Boulevard des Plages and stop at the Restaurant Au Grand Bleu, where you can enjoy a fresh and original set menu, some mussels and fries, or a seafood platter (booking needed).
